Across a spring-fed creek from the Equestrian
Center, a 9,000-square-foot Conference and Recreation Center is planned,
complete with a swimming pool, tennis courts, exercise room, and game
room. Walking trails shaded by trees proceed from the creek or take you
around the stocked fishing pond. Near a large picturesque pond, a beautiful
outdoor pavilion (complete with a fireplace, kitchen and bathrooms) will
be available for weddings, evening events, and family gatherings.
However, unlike most other exclusive communities in the area, the SADDLE SPRINGS amenities are financially supported only by residents who use them. The SADDLE SPRINGS ESTATES homeowners' association, with minimal dues of $50 or less, pays only for maintenance of the entrance boulevard and lake. To enjoy the neighborhood's recreational facilities, homeowners can become members of the Equestrian Center or Conference and Recreation Center, if they wish. Memberships are not mandatory, however, to live in SADDLE SPRINGS ESTATES.
